When I reflected on an opportunity for a new role, I knew I wanted to return to my home community and find a way to unite people with the goal of activating change. After a year of research and six months of one-on-one meetings, Community Calls proudly came to life. 

We are now a coalition of 25 (and growing) faith-based and community-based organizations that are committed to strengthening relationships, disrupting tensions, and activating change. There are synagogues, churches, temples, cultural organizations, plus civic groups and the everyday citizen among the founding members of Community Calls – from a wide variety of faith groups and ethnicities.

We are constantly launching programs in the form of educational panels, small group discussions, volunteerism, and more. I am always excited to think about what is next on Community Calls horizon and invite you to join me on this journey.
